1. Prints are normally dispatched within 7 days; we will contact you if we are unable to supply any part of you order within this time.
2. We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to dispatch the goods.
3. Goods are normally delivered by First Class Post within the UK or UPS overseas.
4. You have the right to change your mind any time before despatch - just email us and make it clear whether you are cancelling or changing your order.
5. The right to cancel does not apply to services - such as framing - or to any goods that are specially ordered.
6. We will replace at our expense any prints which are incorrectly supplied or which arrive damaged. In the case of incorrectly supplied or damaged goods, we will refund reasonable return carriage costs - but please contact us before returning the goods.
7. We collect personal information via the form on our web site for the purpose of fulfilling your order. If you have agreed, we may also use that information to let you know about anything else we think may interest you.
8. If you, or someone we reasonably believe to be you, supplies corrected information we shall update our records promptly. We may correct any apparent errors at any time.
9. We never disclose your personal information to anyone else except with your agreement, to our agents and contractors, or (if we are obliged or judge it expedient) to the law enforcement authorities.
10. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
